SGL Thanksgiving 2020 Playoff Scenarios

Thanksgiving SGL Special! In this COVID year, I am especially thankful for the SGL and fantasy football because, frankly, without the SGL and FF I would have offed myself sometime in September.  If you’d like to add to your scenario, please write in; there is too much ballgame left. NOBODY IS ELIMINATED FROM THE PLAYOFFS. Let’s start with the least likely.  Justin’s Jackalopes(3-8) Jaycee’s Jackalopes needs: To win out- beating both Dragons and Hound Dogs Hound Dogs to lose both games and outscore Wizards to lose both games and outscore Swans to win this week(Peas), lose next (Bulldogs) and  Gamblers to lose either both weeks or can win 1 but Jackalopes will need to outscore Gamblers Juleps lose both games(Skulls & Dragons) and outscore Juleps  Jackalope ideal bottom 4:  Hound Dogs Gamblers Swans Juleps/Wizards/Peas/Beasts Grant’s Gamblers(3-8) needs: To win out- beating both Bulldogs and Fire Ants Hound Dogs to lose both games and outscore Wizards to lose both games and outscore S

Week 11 Recap: Sobey’s Snappin’ Peas(5-6) 132.7 vs Blaster’s Hound Dogs(5-6) 123.4 The Peas snapped their 2 game skid and the heart of the Hound Dogs into tiny pieces this weekend in a huge win to a billion pieces. There was a pod of 3 peas that dominated this Sunday with Herbert, Tyreek, and Adam Thielen combining for 87 points. The Peas, who have traditionally schemed behind the Hound Dogs back when trying to tear them down, made no machiavellian attempt going straight for the kill. The Hound Dogs are now currently sitting in 9th with a MUST-WIN this week against the Beasts(6-5). This is now 2 losses in a row for the Hound Dogs, and they are in jeopardy of missing the playoffs for the first time ever in back-to-back years and this would be the 3rd time in 4 years. Et tu, Sobey? Grant’s Gamblers(3-8) 131.4 vs Sean’s Swans(4-7) 78.32 The Gamblers have been sneakily adding and acquiring pieces to avoid a Round Risen defeat, and it’s paying off. The Gamblers made quick work of the Swan

Week 9 is in the books, which means there is only a month left of the regular season. We have a very tight playoff race. There have been 4 teams to claim playoff spots- barring absolute collapses: X- Norwich City Dragons X- Gardner Fire Ants X- Stulls Skulls X- CDMX Bulldogs And only one team has been eliminated from the playoffs race: L- Grant’s Gamblers The Norwich City Dragons(7-2) continue their dominance with a 125.6 - 119.5 win over Sobey’s Snappin’ Peas(4-5). The lowest output the Dragons have posted is 109, and the Dragons have only scored under 125 twice. The Dragons only play one remaining team above .500, and the rest of their schedule is a combined 16-20. The 1 seed is theirs to lose. The Snappin’ Peas have now lost 4 out of their last 5. However, with the return of Michael Thomas and the emergence of Justin Herbert, they are set to become the first expansion team to make the playoffs ever. Their rest of the schedule is 14-22.  The Wizards(4-5) topped the Gamblers(1-8) 128.
